- Is TermOwl really free during the beta?
- Yes. Every tool works without an account, with a fair-use limit of six analyses per hour. A free account adds saved reports and a saved playbook.
- How do paid plans work?
- Pro and Team are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid month. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.
- What happens to our documents?
- They are processed in memory to produce your report and never stored on our servers. Analyses run through the Claude API, which does not use API data to train models. Details are on our security page.
- Do you run pilots for legal teams?
- Yes. Tell us about your team and the contracts you review most, and we will set up a pilot with founder pricing.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- For Team plans, yes. Contact us and we will arrange invoicing.
